Privacy Policy

Mycelian, by JLGonzalez Consulting LLC, provides an operations system for independent mortgage brokerages. In the course of that service, we and our client brokerages process borrower and client contact information and loan-file data.

How it’s protected

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized roles, and every system action is logged.

If you’re just visiting the site

Checking your county at /county-check: the address you enter is used only to look up your county, then discarded — we don’t store it. Your IP address is briefly held in memory, for up to an hour, solely to prevent abuse of that lookup. If your county is open and you ask us for a free snapshot of what Mycelian would look like for your shop, the name, business, and email you give us at that point is stored so we can follow up — nothing before that point is.

Chatting with Sophie on the site: most conversations are never stored — they live only in your browser tab for that visit. We keep a record only if you came through a personal link from us, or if you volunteer both your name and a way to reach you (an email or phone number) during the conversation — in either case, so a real person on our team can pick up where Sophie left off.
